Established in Milan from the early 50s, “Al Mercante” is located in the Medieval Piazza dei Mercanti. In 1977 the restaurant has been taken over from Corrado and Margherita Romanini and currently co-managed by their sons Claudio and Simona
Shared in two climatized halls placed in the ground and upper floor, the style of the restaurant is warm and classic, decorated with light colors and furnitures according to the surrounding atmosphere. The Restaurant offers to Milanese or not, the chance to taste the recipes of the Italian and Milanese tradition, adapted to the contemporary ways.
In summertime a dehors covered by beach umbrellas and surrounded by plants and flowers is prepared for the customers, matching with the beauty of the old square, and achieving further amenities.
