La presente informativa descrive il trattamento dei dati personali effettuato tramite BookingMeal.com (il “Sito” o la “Piattaforma”), servizio esclusivamente B2B per la gestione e la prenotazione online di ristoranti, destinato a ristoranti, agenzie di viaggio e tour operator.

La Piattaforma non è rivolta a consumatori (B2C) e non è destinata a soggetti di età inferiore ai 18 anni.

• Agenzie di viaggio e Tour Operator: accesso tramite credenziali autorizzate e possibilità di effettuare prenotazioni online con conferma immediata.
• Visitatori del sito: consultazione delle pagine informative e gestione delle preferenze sui cookie.

4. Ruoli privacy

• BookingMeal.com agisce come Titolare del trattamento per i dati trattati tramite l’infrastruttura della Piattaforma.
• I ristoranti aderenti agiscono come Titolari autonomi per i dati delle prenotazioni ricevute e gestite per finalità operative, amministrative, contabili, fiscali e legali.
• Le agenzie di viaggio e i tour operator possono agire come titolari autonomi per i dati dei propri clienti/gruppi, quando trattano tali dati per finalità proprie.
• Fornitori terzi possono essere nominati Responsabili del trattamento ai sensi dell’art. 28 del GDPR.

5. Tipologie di dati trattati

5.1 Dati account B2B

Nome e cognome del referente, ruolo, email e telefono di lavoro, ragione sociale, Partita IVA o Codice Fiscale, indirizzo, credenziali di accesso (password hashata), log di accesso e preferenze operative.

5.2 Contenuti ristorante

Foto, descrizioni, menu, piatti, prezzi, disponibilità, indirizzo, contatti e informazioni fornite dal ristorante, incluse eventuali informazioni su allergeni o esigenze operative.

5.3 Dati di prenotazione

Ristorante selezionato, data e ora, numero di coperti, eventuali note operative, stato e conferma della prenotazione. Di norma la Piattaforma non richiede dati personali dei singoli partecipanti al gruppo, salvo necessità operative specifiche comunicate dall’agenzia o dal ristorante.

5.4 Documenti di conferma (PDF)

A seguito della prenotazione, la Piattaforma invia una conferma via email contenente un documento PDF con i dettagli completi della prenotazione e i dati del ristorante. Ove previsto, il PDF può includere le coordinate bancarie (IBAN) del ristorante per consentire il pagamento tramite bonifico.

5.5 Dati amministrativi

Dati di fatturazione, fiscali, contrattuali e contabili relativi ai rapporti B2B con BookingMeal.com.

5.6 Dati tecnici

Indirizzo IP, user-agent, log di sistema, identificativi cookie, eventi di sicurezza e informazioni tecniche necessarie al funzionamento del servizio.

5.7 Comunicazioni

Email, richieste di supporto, comunicazioni operative, commerciali e di servizio tra la Piattaforma, le agenzie e i ristoranti.

6. Pagamenti

La Piattaforma non gestisce pagamenti online e non tratta dati di carte di credito o altri strumenti di pagamento elettronico.

Eventuali pagamenti avvengono esclusivamente al di fuori della Piattaforma, tramite bonifico diretto tra agenzia/tour operator e ristorante. BookingMeal.com non opera come intermediario finanziario.

• Personale e collaboratori autorizzati
• Consulenti professionali, autorità pubbliche o soggetti legittimati, ove richiesto dalla legge

I fornitori che trattano dati per conto di BookingMeal.com operano, ove applicabile, quali Responsabili del trattamento ai sensi dell’art. 28 GDPR. L’elenco aggiornato dei Responsabili può essere richiesto scrivendo a privacy@bookingmeal.com.

10. Trasferimenti extra UE

Eventuali trasferimenti di dati verso Paesi al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo avvengono nel rispetto degli artt. 44 e seguenti del GDPR, mediante decisioni di adeguatezza, Clausole Contrattuali Standard (SCC) e, ove necessario, misure supplementari di sicurezza.

11. Conservazione dei dati

• Account B2B: per la durata del rapporto contrattuale e successivamente per il tempo necessario alla tutela dei diritti e agli obblighi di legge, fino a 10 anni ove applicabile
• Prenotazioni: fino a 24 mesi se non rilevanti a fini contabili, fiscali o legali
• Dati amministrativi, fiscali e contabili: 5–10 anni secondo la normativa applicabile
• Log di sicurezza: normalmente 6–24 mesi, salvo esigenze di accertamento o sicurezza
• Dati marketing: fino a revoca del consenso o opposizione
• Cookie: secondo quanto indicato nella Cookie Policy o nel pannello di gestione consenso

12. Diritti degli interessati

Per la Germania, in relazione alla sede del Titolare ad Amburgo, l’autorità competente è l’Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI), ferma restando la possibilità di rivolgersi anche all’autorità competente del Paese di residenza o lavoro dell’interessato.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data are processed through BookingMeal.com (the “Website” or the “Platform”), a strictly B2B service for the online booking and management of restaurants, intended for restaurants, travel agencies and tour operators.

The Platform is not intended for consumers (B2C) and is not designed for individuals under the age of 18.

3. Intended users

• Partner restaurants: publication of profiles, photos, descriptions, menus, dishes, prices, availability and operational information.
• Travel agencies and tour operators: access via authorized credentials and online bookings with immediate confirmation.
• Website visitors: access to informational pages and cookie preference management.

4. Privacy roles

• BookingMeal.com acts as Data Controller for personal data processed through the Platform infrastructure.
• Partner restaurants act as independent Data Controllers for booking data received and processed for their own operational, administrative, accounting, tax and legal purposes.
• Travel agencies and tour operators may act as independent controllers for their own customers/groups when they process such data for their own purposes.
• Third-party providers may be appointed as Data Processors under Article 28 GDPR.

5. Categories of personal data processed

5.1 B2B account data

Contact person name and surname, role, business email and phone number, company name, VAT or Tax ID, address, login credentials (password stored in hashed form), access logs and operational preferences.

5.2 Restaurant content

Photos, descriptions, menus, dishes, prices, availability, address, contact details and information provided by the restaurant, including allergens or operational requirements.

5.3 Booking data

Selected restaurant, date and time, number of guests, operational notes, booking status and confirmation. The Platform normally does not require personal data of individual group participants, unless specific operational needs are communicated by the agency or restaurant.

5.4 Booking confirmation documents (PDF)

Following a booking, the Platform sends an email confirmation containing a PDF document with full booking details and restaurant information. Where applicable, the PDF may include the restaurant’s bank details (IBAN) to allow payment by bank transfer.

5.5 Administrative and billing data

Billing, tax, contractual and accounting data relating to B2B relationships with BookingMeal.com.

5.6 Technical data

IP address, user-agent, system logs, cookie identifiers, security events and technical information necessary for the operation of the service.

5.7 Communications

Emails, support requests, operational, commercial and service-related communications between the Platform, agencies and restaurants.

6. Payments

The Platform does not manage online payments and does not process credit card data or other electronic payment instruments.

Any payments are carried out exclusively outside the Platform, via direct bank transfer between the agency/tour operator and the restaurant. BookingMeal.com does not act as a financial or payment intermediary.

Service providers processing data on behalf of BookingMeal.com operate, where applicable, as Data Processors under Article 28 GDPR. An updated list may be requested at privacy@bookingmeal.com.

10. International data transfers

Where personal data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, using adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and, where necessary, supplementary safeguards.

• B2B accounts: for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter as necessary for legal obligations or protection of rights, up to 10 years where applicable
• Bookings: up to 24 months if not required for accounting, tax or legal purposes
• Administrative, tax and accounting data: 5–10 years according to applicable law
• Security logs: normally 6–24 months, unless security or investigation needs require longer retention
• Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or objection is made
• Cookies: as stated in the Cookie Policy or consent management panel

Data subjects may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For Germany, in relation to the Controller’s registered office in Hamburg, the competent authority is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI), without prejudice to the right to contact the authority of the data subject’s country of residence or work.

The service is strictly B2B and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

Fotos, Beschreibungen, Menüs, Gerichte, Preise, Verfügbarkeiten, Adresse, Kontaktdaten und vom Restaurant bereitgestellte Informationen, einschließlich Allergenen oder betrieblichen Anforderungen.

5.3 Buchungsdaten

Nombre y apellidos del contacto, cargo, email y teléfono profesional, razón social, NIF/VAT, dirección, credenciales de acceso (contraseña en forma hash), registros de acceso y preferencias operativas.

5.2 Contenido de restaurantes

Fotos, descripciones, menús, platos, precios, disponibilidad, dirección, contactos e información facilitada por el restaurante, incluidos alérgenos o necesidades operativas.

5.3 Datos de reserva

Restaurante seleccionado, fecha y hora, número de comensales, notas operativas, estado y confirmación de la reserva. Normalmente la Plataforma no solicita datos personales de los participantes individuales del grupo, salvo necesidades operativas específicas.

5.4 Documentos de confirmación (PDF)

Tras una reserva, la Plataforma envía una confirmación por email con un PDF que contiene los datos completos de la reserva y del restaurante. Cuando proceda, el PDF puede incluir los datos bancarios (IBAN) del restaurante para permitir el pago por transferencia.

5.5 Datos administrativos

Datos de facturación, fiscales, contractuales y contables relacionados con las relaciones B2B con BookingMeal.com.

5.6 Datos técnicos

Dirección IP, user-agent, logs del sistema, identificadores de cookies, eventos de seguridad e información técnica necesaria para el funcionamiento del servicio.

6. Pagos

Restaurante selecionado, data e hora, número de pessoas, notas operacionais, estado e confirmação da reserva. Normalmente a Plataforma não exige dados pessoais dos participantes individuais do grupo, salvo necessidades operacionais específicas.

5.4 Confirmações PDF

Após a reserva, a Plataforma envia uma confirmação por email com um PDF contendo os dados da reserva e do restaurante. Quando aplicável, o PDF pode incluir os dados bancários (IBAN) do restaurante para pagamento por transferência.

5.5 Dados administrativos

Dados de faturação, fiscais, contratuais e contabilísticos das relações B2B com BookingMeal.com.

5.6 Dados técnicos

Επιλεγμένο εστιατόριο, ημερομηνία και ώρα, αριθμός ατόμων, λειτουργικές σημειώσεις, κατάσταση και επιβεβαίωση κράτησης. Κανονικά η Πλατφόρμα δεν απαιτεί προσωπικά δεδομένα μεμονωμένων συμμετεχόντων, εκτός από ειδικές λειτουργικές ανάγκες.

5.4 Επιβεβαιώσεις PDF

Μετά την κράτηση, η Πλατφόρμα στέλνει επιβεβαίωση με PDF που περιέχει τα στοιχεία κράτησης και εστιατορίου. Όπου εφαρμόζεται, το PDF μπορεί να περιλαμβάνει τραπεζικά στοιχεία (IBAN) του εστιατορίου για πληρωμή με έμβασμα.

• Διοικητικά/φορολογικά/λογιστικά δεδομένα: 5–10 έτη
• Logs ασφαλείας: συνήθως 6–24 μήνες

12. Δικαιώματα

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, restoranlar, seyahat acenteleri ve tur operatörleri için hazırlanmış, yalnızca B2B nitelikte online restoran yönetimi ve rezervasyon hizmeti olan BookingMeal.com üzerinden kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.

Platform tüketicilere (B2C) veya 18 yaşından küçük kişilere yönelik değildir.

4. Gizlilik rolleri

• BookingMeal.com, Platform altyapısı üzerinden işlenen veriler için Veri Sorumlusu olarak hareket eder.
• Partner restoranlar, aldıkları ve kendi operasyonel, idari, muhasebe, vergi ve hukuki amaçlarla işledikleri rezervasyon verileri için bağımsız veri sorumlusu olarak hareket eder.
• Seyahat acenteleri ve tur operatörleri, kendi müşteri/grup verileri için bağımsız veri sorumlusu olabilir.
• Üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılar GDPR madde 28 kapsamında veri işleyen olarak atanabilir.

5. İşlenen veri kategorileri

5.1 B2B hesap verileri

Yetkili kişinin adı soyadı, görevi, iş e-postası ve telefonu, şirket adı, VAT/vergi numarası, adres, giriş bilgileri (şifre hashlenmiş şekilde), erişim kayıtları ve operasyonel tercihler.

5.2 Restoran içeriği

Fotoğraflar, açıklamalar, menüler, yemekler, fiyatlar, uygunluk, adres, iletişim bilgileri ve restoran tarafından sağlanan alerjen veya operasyonel gereklilik bilgileri.

5.3 Rezervasyon verileri

Seçilen restoran, tarih ve saat, kişi sayısı, operasyonel notlar, rezervasyon durumu ve onay. Platform normalde grup katılımcılarının bireysel kişisel verilerini istemez; ancak acente veya restoran tarafından bildirilen özel operasyonel ihtiyaçlar istisna olabilir.

5.4 PDF onay belgeleri

Rezervasyondan sonra Platform, rezervasyon ve restoran bilgilerini içeren bir PDF ile e-posta onayı gönderir. Gerekli durumlarda PDF, banka havalesiyle ödeme için restoranın banka bilgilerini (IBAN) içerebilir.

5.5 İdari veriler

BookingMeal.com ile B2B ilişkiler kapsamındaki fatura, vergi, sözleşme ve muhasebe verileri.

5.6 Teknik veriler

IP adresi, user-agent, sistem logları, cookie kimlikleri, güvenlik olayları ve hizmetin çalışması için gerekli teknik bilgiler.

5.7 İletişimler

Platform, acenteler ve restoranlar arasındaki e-postalar, destek talepleri, operasyonel, ticari ve hizmet iletişimleri.

6. Ödemeler

Platform online ödeme yönetmez ve kredi kartı veya diğer elektronik ödeme aracı verilerini işlemez. Ödemeler Platform dışında, acente/tur operatörü ile restoran arasında doğrudan banka havalesiyle yapılır. BookingMeal.com finansal veya ödeme aracısı olarak hareket etmez.

• Yetkili personel ve iş ortakları
• Kanunen gerekli olduğunda danışmanlar, kamu otoriteleri veya yetkili kişiler

10. Uluslararası veri aktarımları

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışına veri aktarımı, GDPR madde 44 ve devamına uygun olarak, yeterlilik kararları, Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri (SCC) ve gerekli ek güvencelerle yapılır.

11. Saklama süreleri

• B2B hesapları: sözleşme ilişkisi boyunca ve uygulanabilir durumlarda 10 yıla kadar
• Rezervasyonlar: muhasebe, vergi veya hukuki amaçlar için gerekli değilse 24 aya kadar
• İdari, vergi ve muhasebe verileri: 5–10 yıl
• Güvenlik logları: normalde 6–24 ay
• Pazarlama verileri: rıza geri alınana veya itiraz edilene kadar
• Cookies: Cookie Policy veya rıza panelinde belirtildiği şekilde

12. Haklar

İlgili kişiler GDPR madde 15–22 kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik ve itiraz haklarını privacy@bookingmeal.com adresine yazarak kullanabilir.

13. Şikayet

İlgili kişiler yetkili denetim otoritesine şikayette bulunabilir. Almanya'da, Hamburg merkez adresi bakımından yetkili otorite Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI) olup, kişinin ikamet veya çalışma ülkesindeki otoriteye başvurma hakkı saklıdır.

14. Reşit olmayanlar

Hizmet yalnızca B2B amaçlıdır ve 18 yaşından küçük kişilere yönelik değildir.

15. Otomatik karar verme

Kullanıcılar üzerinde hukuki veya benzer şekilde önemli etki doğuran otomatik karar verme yapılmaz.
